Great location, just a short walk from the main attractions and public transportation. Lovely view from the window and charming balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was in need of improvement, especially the old and wrinkled pillows. The furniture was in poor condition.

I had a pleasant stay at a centrally located hotel near the city centre. The metro station was just a stone's throw away, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony offering views of the bustling pedestrian street. The friendly staff at the reception provided helpful assistance, and the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.
The housekeeping service could have been better in terms of providing clean towels and replenishing toiletries.

This hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of central Sofia, just a stone's throw away from the historic synagogue. Its prime location allows for easy access to all the major tourist attractions and popular shopping and restaurant districts.
